pro tempore.art is a curatorial collective founded in 2017 by the four curators: Anna Clarisse Holck Wæhrens, Isabella Hemmersbach, Julie Koldby and Sia Hurtigkarl Degel.
The collective facilitates meetings between the emering and the established part of the art scene and operates around the manifest:
Exhibition between exhibitions. Placing emerging into the established.
pro tempore.art curates exhibitions in established art related spaces displaying artworks by emerging artists. Each exhibition is filling a gap in between the pre-planned programme of an art related space.
All exhibitions are a temporary experiment replacing regular emptiness with moments of artistic collaborations and new vibrations - addressing issues pertaining emerging artists in their journey towards establishment.
